Bee Bee holds an Honours Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London (Kings College) and has accumulated over 20 years of experience. Since 2003, she has been consistently practicing, engaging in various fields of corporate and commercial law, as well as banking and finance law, extending to general corporate and investment advisory services. Her extensive practice experience encompasses legal due diligence, debt restructuring schemes, transportation, waste management, joint ventures, shareholder and investment matters, property and business acquisitions and disposals, as well as procurement and contract management, project development and management in housing, commercial spaces, hotels, and shopping malls, alongside compliance and regulatory matters.

Furthermore, she provides counsel to the boards of directors of various companies regarding potential risks and the legal consequences related to their activities.
